Situated in the South Downs National Park, there is so much to explore and enjoy whilst staying with us. Whether that be exploring the beautiful market town of Petworth with its abundance of independent shops and antique stores, or perhaps you'll be visiting Goodwood for the horse racing or Festival of Speed, there is something for everyone.
Petworth and more
A short 5 minute drive will take you to the beautiful market town of Petworth with its pretty cobbled streets, an abundance of independent boutique shops and an impressive number of antique stores. Here you can also find the National Trust Petworth House, nestled in a 700-acre deer park.

Both nearby villages Wisborough Green and Kirdford have local stores providing all the amenities you could need, and we are spoilt for choice for places to eat nearby!

Enjoying the countryside
If walking or cycling is your thing, we are located perfectly for you to enjoy a number of walks in the beautiful countryside. Whether that be by exploring the local bridleways and footpaths directly from the cottages which lead to Bedham Woods, The Mens and Wisborough Green, or whether you travel slightly further afield to enjoy the beautiful scenery around the South Downs. We are also around a 30 minute drive to the coast!
